Aluminum foil film heaters are surface-type heaters that utilize the heat generated by the electrical resistance of aluminum. The heater circuit is formed by etching the aluminum foil. Since the etching resist is printed, the shape can be customized, and the resistance value of the heater can be designed, allowing us to meet a wide range of customer needs. Furthermore, because we use inexpensive aluminum foil and PET composite film (AL/PET), there is a well-established cost advantage compared to other surface heaters that use polyimide film, stainless foil, or copper foil. This product is also known as aluminum etching heaters, aluminum heaters, aluminum foil heaters, or aluminum etching film.
