Transparent film heaters are high-transmittance surface heating elements that have a transparent conductive film. Since there are no wires in the heating area, they are suitable for warming areas where visibility is required. Additionally, the heater itself is thin, which also contributes to its flexibility and excellent thermal responsiveness. Our company has developed two types of transparent film heaters with different materials: a low-resistance type and a high-resistance type, as an alternative to ITO (indium tin oxide) vapor-deposited film heaters. Therefore, we can customize and propose the optimal specifications according to the customer's applications and conditions.

The fabric heater is a highly flexible cloth-like heater that incorporates conductive threads and polyester threads using unique processing technology. It has a high thermal responsiveness and minimal functional degradation due to wire breakage, making it excellent in durability and safety. Additionally, it can accommodate perforations and irregular shapes while maintaining the same power density and surface temperature. This product is fully customizable, allowing for manufacturing in original specifications tailored to customer requests.

CNT film heaters are thin, flexible surface heaters that use carbon nanotubes (CNT) as the resistive element. Unlike wire-type heaters, they can uniformly generate heat across the entire surface. Additionally, they excel in the radiant heat effect of far-infrared rays, allowing for more efficient heat transfer to the target being heated.

Aluminum foil film heaters are surface-type heaters that utilize the heat generated by the electrical resistance of aluminum. The heater circuit is formed by etching the aluminum foil. Since the etching resist is printed, the shape can be customized, and the resistance value of the heater can be designed, allowing us to meet a wide range of customer needs. Furthermore, because we use inexpensive aluminum foil and PET composite film (AL/PET), there is a well-established cost advantage compared to other surface heaters that use polyimide film, stainless foil, or copper foil. This product is also known as aluminum etching heaters, aluminum heaters, aluminum foil heaters, or aluminum etching film.
