Introducing the "Lost Wax Casting Method," which can create complex shapes as a single piece with high dimensional accuracy! We will explain the production process and features using illustrations!
The "Lost Foam Casting Method" is a casting technique that creates castings according to the dimensions and shapes of foam models by eliminating the foam models. By thermally decomposing the lost materials such as foam and adhesives in renewable dry sand and pouring molten metal into the mold, it is possible to produce cast products that match the dimensions and shapes of the foam models. This method offers high yield, reduces draft angles, and allows for a decrease in processing and processing costs. Additionally, it can accommodate both large and small lots, with large lots using automatic molding machines and small lots handled flexibly with manual molds. For prototypes, there is no need for mold costs as foam blocks are machined to create foam models. Design changes can also be accommodated in a short lead time. 【Features】 ■ Capable of producing complex shapes with high dimensional accuracy as a single piece ■ High yield, reduction of draft angles, and decrease in processing and processing costs ■ Accommodates both large and small lots ■ No mold costs for prototypes by creating foam models ■ Capable of producing complex shapes as a single piece *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
