Deep Shave-kun
I have obtained two patents under the name "Rotary Shaver and Its Inner Blade." They are Patent No. 6482149 and Patent No. 6525298. Patent No. 6482149 is a patent that completes the function of pulling in the beard that has entered the beard entry with the primary blade while cutting it with the secondary blade in a single component. This invention allows for faster and closer shaving, while also being gentle on the skin. Patent No. 6525298 is an invention that forms the cutting angle created by the inner and outer blades into a V-shape with the inner blade, thereby minimizing cutting resistance and allowing for effortless cutting without letting the beard escape. This achieves a close shave that is also gentle on the skin.

Company information
Our company is engaged in planning, designing, manufacturing, and sales, as well as sales agency services, utilizing analog technology cultivated through 45 years of experience in the metal-related manufacturing industry. We conduct mass production and prototyping using these methods, discovering excellent and unique products that transcend various genres, and appealing to added value from our unique perspective. In particular, we have a track record of being the first in the world to achieve mass production of products (parts) that were abandoned for pressing, and we are currently conducting secret mass production at the end user's own factory. Additionally, starting from April 2021, we will begin mass production and sales of various fine precision parts. Moreover, we accept not only mold manufacturing but also single-item processing such as wire cutting, discharge machining, fine hole discharge, and machining type engraving. We can accommodate a wide range of processes, including drilling, counterboring, tapping, and external diameter cutting on hardened blocks.
