TOKUDA-ARD Co., Ltd. aims to enhance the safety and security of all vulnerable individuals with the world's best metal press mold manufacturing technology.

Our company is engaged in planning, designing, manufacturing, and sales, as well as sales agency services, utilizing analog technology cultivated through 45 years of experience in the metal-related manufacturing industry. We conduct mass production and prototyping using these methods, discovering excellent and unique products that transcend various genres, and appealing to added value from our unique perspective. In particular, we have a track record of being the first in the world to achieve mass production of products (parts) that were abandoned for pressing, and we are currently conducting secret mass production at the end user's own factory. Additionally, starting from April 2021, we will begin mass production and sales of various fine precision parts. Moreover, we accept not only mold manufacturing but also single-item processing such as wire cutting, discharge machining, fine hole discharge, and machining type engraving. We can accommodate a wide range of processes, including drilling, counterboring, tapping, and external diameter cutting on hardened blocks.
