We would like to introduce the "Poka-Yoke" from Japan ID System, which we handle. This product protects both the machine and the workpiece from errors during workpiece attachment and equipment malfunction in automated machining processes. Detection is achieved by moving and making contact with the detection antenna at the detection point, and the results are transmitted as infrared signals to a fixed receiver inside the machine, which inputs the signals to the machining equipment. 【Features】 ■ Can be used without being affected by changes in the workpiece or its mounting fixtures ■ Two types of detection methods: one using a switch and the other using an electrostatic displacement sensor ■ Allows ON or OFF confirmation using M-codes from within the machining program ■ Wireless method for transmitting detection results to the receiving unit via infrared signals *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
