  This is a piping component that forms a three-dimensional flow path with a diameter of 2 mm inside a PTFE block (10t × 40w × 70L). By combining and welding parts that have been machined to create flow paths inside, it is possible to manufacture components with fine and complex flow paths. We propose this as a manufacturing method for space-saving assembly piping components and reactors.
