By applying "UDC," carbon nanotubes become cutting edges that strongly grip abrasive particles and prevent their detachment. This improves the strength of the tool and extends its performance lifespan. Additionally, the function of the nano carbon tubes contained in the plating solution enhances heat dissipation and wear resistance. The heat dissipation during the use of electrodeposition tools is excellent, reducing damage to the tools, which in turn extends their performance lifespan and stabilizes processing.
