A case where the dust and odor that were considered problematic have significantly improved, receiving very positive feedback.
At Company F, a foundry, epoxy resin is mixed with sand mold agents to make molding easier. However, when molten metal is poured into the molds, a large amount of gas generated from the burning resin filled the factory, causing concerns. In winter, the windows and shutters are closed, trapping odors and potentially affecting the health of the workers. To address this issue, a smoke and gas dust collection system was installed in part of the factory. The smoke generated during pouring and the gas that escapes from the molds afterward, which were seen as problematic, have been significantly improved, and we have received very positive feedback. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
