[Construction Case] Preventing Equipment Troubles in Advance through Regular Self-Inspections and Maintenance

On behalf of the university facility manager, we conduct voluntary inspections! Here are some examples of facility management.

T University has various research facilities, and in the Faculty of Science and the Faculty of Agriculture, there are organic solvents and specific chemical substances, while in the Faculty of Engineering, numerous local exhaust systems are installed for cutting and grinding dust and mist. Due to instructions from the supervising office and the university's policy, it was decided to conduct regular self-inspections, but we were unsure how to proceed, which led to this request. Therefore, our company has not only established the inspection items mandated by law but also set unique inspection items for each facility, acting on behalf of the university's facility managers to conduct the self-inspections.
