"Raster processing" is a technology that forms only a tough diffusion layer without creating a compound layer. Since the process of polishing away the compound layer can be reduced, it contributes to cost savings. Additionally, by applying it to the substrate, the lifespan of molds and cutting tools can be extended several times compared to when only coating is applied, so we recommend composite hardening treatment using raster processing and PVD coating.
