In our calibration room, we perform calibrations of force measuring devices (such as load cells, loop gauges, and force gauges) and torque meters, and we issue calibration certificates with the JCSS (Japan Calibration Service System) logo. For the calibration of force measuring devices (such as load cells and loop gauges), we primarily use a force standard machine. This force standard machine can calibrate up to a maximum compression force of 10 MN (tensile force of 1 MN) and has a measurement capability with a high precision of up to 0.01%, making it a specific secondary standard. Additionally, this force standard machine has the same width as the specific standards of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology, allowing for the calibration of various shapes and sizes of force measuring devices. Furthermore, we conduct calibration services over a wide range from 0.1 N to 30 MN or more using reference standards such as weights and reference force measuring devices. For the calibration of torque meters, we use a torque meter standard machine, which is compatible with torque meters from various manufacturers. 【Regarding Calibration Requests】 ■ Our calibration range for force gauges covers a wide range from 0.1 N to 30 MN (tensile force from 0.1 N to 1 MN). ■ The calibration method for force gauges is conducted according to JIS B 7728 "Calibration methods for force gauges used in the verification of uniaxial testing machines," or methods in accordance with JIS B 7721. ■ For general-purpose force gauges, the standard calibration points are 5. Additional points will incur extra charges. ■ For specialized force gauges used in the verification of uniaxial testing machines, the standard calibration points are 8.
