Our calibration laboratory has been operating as a JCSS registered calibration service provider since 2001, specializing in the calibration of force gauges and torque meters. In force gauge calibration, we possess the largest scale of force reference standards (specific secondary standards) in the country, and by utilizing other reference standards, we can perform high-precision force gauge calibration across a wide range of applications. We accommodate not only force gauges using load cells but also ring spring types, boxes, and force gauges, regardless of the manufacturer. For torque meter calibration, we own torque meter reference machines and can handle products from various manufacturers. If desired, we can also undertake the fabrication of jigs and other equipment. The aforementioned force reference standards and torque meter reference machines used for calibration in our company are directly below the national standards for force and torque meters in the traceability system. Their accuracy is confirmed through regular direct comparison calibrations, ensuring the reliability of the force and torque achieved.
