■The goal is to detect defects in the coating and lining films for rust and corrosion prevention without damaging the films. ■Measurements are taken at low frequency to avoid high frequencies that are prone to thermal destruction. ■Achieving a compact portable design by reducing power consumption and enabling battery operation. ■Considering the degradation of the coating, a high-voltage pulse method is adopted to relatively minimize the application time of high voltage. ■To avoid impacts on the human body and damage to the coating, the discharge current is suppressed. ■The structure allows for confirmation of the voltage applied to the coating and voltage adjustment.
