■ The goal is to detect defects in the coating and lining films for rust and corrosion prevention without damaging the films. ■ Measurements are taken at low frequencies to avoid high frequencies that are prone to thermal destruction. ■ By reducing power consumption and enabling battery operation, portability in a compact form is achieved. ■ Considering the degradation of the coating, a high-voltage pulse method is adopted to relatively minimize the application time of high voltage. ■ Discharge current is suppressed to avoid impacts on the human body and damage to the coating. ■ The structure allows for the confirmation of voltage applied to the coating and voltage adjustment.
