basic information
■UVC7 - A crystal for UV light transmitting filters that can be used stably at high temperatures. - This crystal can be used at temperatures up to 125°C without hindering the transmission of UV light, demonstrating performance similar to commonly used nickel sulfate filters. - Crystal orientation: Typically set to allow light to travel along the Z-axis of the crystal. - End faces: Polished, with a precision of λ/4@633nm, 80/60. - Parallelism at both ends: 15 arcmin. ■Nickel Sulfate (NiSO4*6H2O) - One of the most commonly used materials for UV filters. - Not suitable for use in environments above 60-65°C or in sealed conditions, so the use of "UVC7" is recommended in harsh environments. ■780 series UV filter - Made from nickel sulfate and coated filter glass. - This combination aids in the production of narrow bandwidth filters around the wavelength of 300nm.
