We will consider comprehensively where to implement automation for maximum effectiveness and make our proposals!
When it comes to labor-saving equipment, it is simply thought of as automating (mechanizing) tasks that were previously done by people. However, at our company, we believe that the fundamental approach is to consider what the ultimate goal is and then think about how the work should be structured from there. In other words, it is about reducing the labor time per unit of economic activity, considering where mechanization would be effective and whether mechanization is feasible overall, and sometimes proposing dedicated machines or dedicated tools. [Features] ■ The basic approach is to consider what the ultimate goal is ■ Reduce labor time per unit of economic activity ■ Propose dedicated machines or dedicated tools as needed ■ Consider the overall effectiveness of changes and the feasibility of mechanization *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

We are a manufacturer specializing in the design and production of dedicated machines, including press-fitting and testing/measurement devices, as well as robots. Regarding press-fitting, we have developed our own testing equipment that can provide numerical suggestions, such as load, even in the prototype stage, and we accept various consultations that include specifications and design issues. With the aim of proposing solutions to "customer challenges and concerns," we have seen a demand for automation in press-fitting machines and inspection devices in recent years. For example: - Equipment that includes loading and unloading (packaging) for press-fitting devices - Inspection of products from all directions (automation of visual inspection) To respond more precisely to these needs, we have introduced robots in-house, evolving our role from mere transportation to verifying and proposing changes to the work itself. Leveraging our past achievements, we are open to various consultations from across the country, even for projects that have been declined elsewhere, maintaining a challenging attitude without being constrained by fixed ideas. We aim to provide flexible proposals tailored to our customers, understanding the pros and cons of "sometimes with robots, sometimes without." In 2022, to tackle new jigs that had been abandoned due to multiple product compatibility and weight limitations in traditional metal processing, we introduced a 3D printer.
