"InkjetLabo" is a simple and multifunctional inkjet dispensing device. This device can solve various issues that arise during the film formation process. 1. I want to reduce dead volume! 2. I want to avoid the coffee ring effect! 3. I want to apply to substrates that are not flat or to three-dimensional structures! 4. I don't want liquid pooling at the edges of the substrate! 5. I don't want to add heat to the dispensed solution! Additionally, if full-area coating is not necessary, it is possible to apply only to specific areas through patterning, and no mask (plate) is required for that. Furthermore, due to the non-contact application, it is possible to coat without applying stress to thin film substrates. Since each droplet is in the picoliter range, drying is quick, allowing for the omission of the drying process.
