Furthermore, cracks can occur in the mortar itself, and it is currently observed that moisture is being drawn up from the ground, causing staining. Additionally, the finishing of conventional cloth foundations was monotonous with brush finishes. House shoes allow for a variety of finishes that match the exterior walls, using different patterns with trowels or rollers and four colors of topcoat.
