1-component force sensor (load washer, force link, press force)
1-component force sensor, load washer, force link, press force sensor
A one-component force sensor utilizing the piezoelectric effect! It meets quality standards on the production line and ensures a finished product quality that is as close to zero defects as possible!
1-component force sensors utilize the piezoelectric effect, which has a high natural frequency, excellent dynamic resolution, and a wide measurement range. Force sensors include load washers that are preloaded and incorporated on-site before use, as well as force links and press force sensors that are shipped from the factory already in a preloaded state. 1-component force sensors measure compression, compression/tension, or shear directions. **Main Applications** Automotive Industry • Safety engineering, monitoring of collision forces • Mechanical shocks to the chassis • Force measurement in balancing machines Material Testing • Impact testing, tensile and compressive strength testing Machine Tool Industry • Monitoring: presses, punching machines, embossing machines, welding machines • Force measurement on longitudinal track surfaces General Machinery Manufacturing • Support force monitoring on machines mounted on dampers • Gripping force (used in combination with hydraulic cylinders) • Insertion and pressure input of parts during fastening Quality Control • Operating force inspection of switches • Monitoring of automatic assembly machines For a list of the series, please refer to the "Lineup" below, and for the features of each, please refer to "Detailed Information."
