By capturing 3D images, it becomes possible to achieve more accurate robot simulations. Vision images can also be simulated.
Our company has been considering robot simulation for many years, and as a result, we are now able to verify and create the necessary settings on-site through the capture of 3D images, as well as prepare pre-data. However, we require 3D images to be provided, so we need the understanding and cooperation of companies that can assist us. With that in mind, we can create and verify data for on-site use. Currently, if we have 3D data of the workpiece, we can also conduct image verification of the vision in advance, which allows for a reduction in man-hours on-site. This reduces trial and error in the field and enables a quicker setup.

Detailed information
-
This is an image of vision simulation using FANUC ROBOGUIDE. Vision image detection can be performed similarly to the actual machine using a virtual teaching pendant. This allows for prior consideration of vision, making the on-site setup smoother and enabling faster trial operations.
