Our company has been involved in the development of the FANUC RoboDrill control system since last year, adding a robot interface specification to the FANUC RoboDrill and establishing a robot transport control system for the RoboDrill. We have successfully built an unmanned operation system by performing the main transport of the RoboDrill from the FANUC robot while relaying through an automatic operation control panel. With the ability to edit the PMC circuit of the FANUC RoboDrill NC device, as well as make changes to the robot program and edit the control panel circuit, we can achieve comprehensive setup and adjustments, which is our strength in compactness. We will contribute to the construction of next-generation production equipment through the support of diverse processing products and labor-saving compact production lines.

Our company has been considering robot simulation for many years, and as a result, we are now able to verify and create the necessary settings on-site through the capture of 3D images, as well as prepare pre-data. However, we require 3D images to be provided, so we need the understanding and cooperation of companies that can assist us. With that in mind, we can create and verify data for on-site use. Currently, if we have 3D data of the workpiece, we can also conduct image verification of the vision in advance, which allows for a reduction in man-hours on-site. This reduces trial and error in the field and enables a quicker setup.

Our company has a proven track record in control design. Although not widely publicized, we have also worked on technologies related to control design, such as control panel housing design, sheet metal drawings, and control connection diagrams. Additionally, we possess knowledge and operational skills for NC devices such as OKUMA, MAZAK, and FANUC. By integrating this knowledge and technology with robot control, we can provide exceptional technology in responding to both robots and equipment manufacturers, as well as support in the field. Our company has the capability to interpret manufacturer drawings and, if necessary, make modifications. It is possible for our customers and us to automate NC devices with robots.

We are conducting general teaching for die-cast systems using FANUC robots. We also provide teaching for product transport robots and driving systems. In the fiscal year 2006, we introduced RoboGuide and began working on creating offline programs. Regarding the teaching of other handled robots, we have: 1) FANUC, 2) Yaskawa, 3) DENSO, and 4) others. As for the introduction status of robot CAD, we have: 1) FANUC RoboGuide, 2) DENSO WinCAPS-2 (the latest WinCAPS-3 can be provided by the client), and others are under consideration.

We have newly acquired the robot hand-eye technology using FANUC's 3D vision sensor system. We are now able to provide handling techniques using vision cameras through teaching. A combined system with flat cameras is also possible.

We will create and verify offline teaching for industrial robots using FANUC's simple offline teaching simulation software, RoboGuide. This can be used for reducing man-hours in teaching work sites and for considerations before implementation.

In recent years, we have also been involved in the installation and adjustment of systems such as automated cylinder block extraction and transport systems using camera-equipped robots, as well as cam head assembly transport systems. Additionally, we have experience with a dust removal system for resin molding frames that follows conveyors, utilizing simple calculations with Denso robots. Our company possesses control knowledge and technology, allowing us not only to perform teaching but also to have general adjustment skills for equipment. Therefore, in overseas service visits, we can contribute as a strong service provider not only in the startup of general equipment but also in addressing challenging issues. Furthermore, we can implement Toyota-style change point management, which enhances visibility and enables us to respond to the challenges demanded by customers, allowing for quick detection and improvement of problems.
