Accurately measure the molten metal and molten steel levels in the high-temperature furnace! The measurement position can be confirmed with visible red laser.
The "RJ-2000" is a molten metal/steel level gauge that is installed at the top of the furnace to measure the level of molten materials (molten steel/molten metal/molten glass) inside the furnace. It has a measurement error of ±5mm or less even at ultra-high temperatures of 1800°C. The measurement cycle can be set from a minimum of 2ms. It can be connected to a PC, and various settings can be configured using the included software. The measurement results are displayed in graph form, and the result data can also be recorded in CSV format. 【Features】 ■ Measurement results are graphed in real-time on dedicated measurement software. ■ The scale of the displayed graph can be set to automatic or fixed. ■ The measurement position can be confirmed with a visible red laser. ■ By setting a moving average (up to 1024 times), measurement accuracy is improved. ■ By recording measurement result data, graph reproduction and data analysis can be performed. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Our company was founded in 1983, coinciding with the birth of the CCD camera, which has now become commonplace and is owned by everyone. While developing application products and innovations related to CCD cameras, we have consciously brought to the world the eyes of extreme work robots. The Furnacecope, which is our registered trademark, is particularly groundbreaking in its cooling jacket structure, for which we hold a patent. This camera technology is a pioneer in Japan and has been developed through many years of effort and challenges, boasting a structure and functionality that have led to numerous inquiries from top companies across various industries, bringing us to where we are today.
