The "EOSYS-MINI" is a gas sterilization exhaust treatment device that safely processes ethylene oxide gas emitted from EOG sterilization equipment to below the discharge standard concentration with simple operations. The gas containing EOG, expelled from the device, is directed to the exclusion device via exhaust piping.
