Efficiently neutralize volatile organic gases using the "catalytic combustion method"!
"DEOCAT" is an exhaust gas treatment device that uses an oxidation catalyst for deodorization and harmless treatment of VOCs generated from sources such as extruder die sections through low-temperature combustion. With a safe and compact design using electric heating, it can be installed close to the source and is capable of local exhaust. Additionally, since a blower is used on the suction side, there is no contamination of the blower from the treated gas. [Features] - Safe and compact design - Adoption of precious metal metal honeycomb catalyst - Reduction of running costs through low-temperature combustion and plate-type heat exchanger - Possible self-ignition operation depending on gas concentration *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Since its establishment in 1954, TABATA has consistently engaged in the production and sale of various plastic resin-related processing machines and equipment based on its unique in-house technology through order-based manufacturing. Not only does it excel in general plastic materials, but it also holds top-class technology and market share in machinery and equipment related to PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene resin) in Japan. Additionally, its product range has expanded to include post-processing equipment for plastic processing, such as the resin removal cleaning system (CLEAN SHOT) and exhaust gas treatment systems (DEOCAT) targeting VOCs (volatile organic compounds).
