Proposal for the production of non-woven fabric containing acrylic fibers that carbonize without melting during combustion!
Here is a case study on the manufacturing of filters for ventilation fans. "We are selling ventilation fan filters made from flame-retardant polyester, but there is a concern that they may melt and fall during combustion, potentially exacerbating frying pan fires. Is there a good preventive measure?" was the request we received. In response, we proposed the production of non-woven fabric blended with acrylic fibers that carbonize instead of melting during combustion, due to the melting characteristics of polyester. They were pleased to find a solution to the problem. 【Case Study (Specifications)】 ■ Thickness: 10mm ■ Width: 500mm ■ Basis weight: 170g/m2 ■ Manufacturing method: Needle punch + chemical bonding *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
