We were able to save our customer's crisis with our machinery! Here is a story from a building materials processing company.
We would like to share an episode where our machinery saved a construction material processing company from crisis. This company, rooted in the local community for 30 years, processes and assembles window and door frames for mid-rise buildings for major manufacturers. Like many manufacturing companies today, they were directly affected by labor shortages, significant market changes, and cost reductions imposed on subcontractors due to each company's efforts to cut costs. They were continuing their business with three used machines from 20 years ago and manual labor. Due to the aging workforce and declining popularity of the industry, the shortage of workers had become a norm, and they were at a loss as to how to improve productivity. The work processes were divided among three factories, with processing, parts assembly, and final assembly taking place separately. This meant that once one process was completed, the "delivery" process would come into play, resulting in increased time and costs. We proposed a redesign of the entire operation, including improvements in productivity through the introduction of our products, simplification of workspaces, and streamlining of delivery tasks. After implementation, we received feedback that "productivity has tripled with the current workforce." *For more details, please feel free to contact us.*
