Explanation of how to operate the "interactive touch panel" standard equipment on our company's length processing machine!
This explains how to operate the "interactive touch panel" standard equipment on Fuji Sangyo's long-length processing machine. Even complex processing can be done simply by touching along the guide. Many machine tools require inputting EIA programs (G-code) to create processing programs, but this is not necessary. By simply entering the dimensions of the workpiece and the processing pattern according to the on-screen guide, the settings are completed. You can also check the processing program set on the screen, allowing you to confirm the image before actual operation. The video below demonstrates a simple processing pattern, but complex processing is certainly possible as well! *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
