An episode in which our long-format multifunction printer achieved "reduced overtime and lower turnover rates."
We will introduce an episode where the introduction of machinery led to a reduction in overtime and a decrease in turnover rate!
We would like to introduce an episode from a manufacturer that produces cargo beds and body boxes for commercial vehicles, which achieved "reduced overtime and lower turnover rates" using our long-length composite machine. In the factory, the cutting, processing, and parts assembly departments occupy more than half of the factory area, and the aging of the equipment has progressed, leading to frequent issues with internal collaboration. Since the main focus is on processing heavy materials of various types, it is not only very labor-intensive but also difficult to leave work on time. As a result, the recruitment and departure of employees have become routine every month, leading to staff shortages and poor work efficiency. We proposed the new machine "FB-10000-8ATC-C," which can handle the processes of the three departments mentioned above with just one unit. After its introduction, we received feedback stating, "The processing space has been reduced to one-third, the number of processing workers has decreased to half, and those who were previously engaged in processing have moved to the assembly department, resulting in more than double the work efficiency." Additionally, a workplace that previously made it impossible to leave on time has seen a reduction in overtime, allowing for designated on-time departure days during the week, which has also contributed to a decrease in turnover rates. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.*
