Swing Type Roller Lubrication System User Manual ● Before Use ● There are many types of supply oils for hoop materials in terms of viscosity, so please open the valve and check if oil comes out from the end of the tube with a pre-drop. If a sufficient amount comes out, please proceed to connect it to the main unit. ● If insufficient oil comes out, a pressurized tank is required. ● Installation on the Press Machine ● Set the lubrication roller main unit between the mold and the feeding device, and secure the main unit mounting base with fixing brackets or similar. ● Use the included M8 cut bolts to hang the OT-2000 (oil tank) from the press machine or similar. Please use the pressurized tank according to the pressurized tank installation instructions. ● During Operation ● Pass the hoop material between the upper and lower rollers to adjust the pass line. ● For pass line adjustment, loosen the butterfly bolt and fix it in a position where the roller swings well. ● How to Release Oil ● Start and stop the operation using the main valve (green). (A commercially available solenoid valve for oil can be installed, but please do it by the user.)
