We do not think that "throwing away" is evil. Of course, we do not think that creating various products is evil either. However, unfortunately, those products will eventually reach the end of their usefulness and become unnecessary. Most things that exist in the world will ultimately be crushed, incinerated to ash, and taken to landfills. The lifespan of the things we create to improve our lives continues until they are buried. When we confront this fact, which we somewhat understand, we must ask ourselves if our business can remain as it is. Our parent company, Nakadai, is a waste disposal company that achieves a recycling rate of 99%. We are able to recycle almost all of the waste that is brought in daily. However, is it truly the best course of action for us to simply put the things created to improve our lives into the flow of "recycling"? To solve this fundamental issue, Monofactory was born. By focusing on the two points of creation and disposal, we will connect all processes, including the distribution of goods, in a loop. Using the sorting and dismantling technologies and know-how we have cultivated so far, we aim to realize a society based on circulation.
