basic information
**Inspection and Diagnosis** Our company utilizes advanced diagnostic technology to propose preventive measures against failures and inspection plans. **Extension of Life** Based on the results of inspections and diagnoses, we offer suggestions for extending the life or updating of equipment, contributing to the stable operation of your electrical systems. Our extension services include various options such as on-site commutator cutting, chamfering, undercutting, disassembly maintenance, machining, balance adjustment, cleaning and drying, vacuum pressure impregnation, and coil rewinding for insulation recovery. Additionally, for turbines, regular maintenance and upgrade work for steam and top recovery turbines are conducted by construction supervisors with technical advisor qualifications from heavy industry manufacturers. **Update** We carry out upgrade work to replace existing aging DC motors with AC motors, including drive control systems, from small to large capacities. Based on specifications that match current performance, we select updated models by taking on-site sketches and control characteristic data of existing motors. If you provide load specifications, we will conduct assessments of motor ratings, starting characteristics, and power supply capacity, and propose capacity changes.
