It is possible to create forged products with complex shapes! We would like to introduce our hot precision die forging.
Okayama Giken Industry conducts hot precision die forging using air drop hammers. The advantage of forging with hammers is that, since compressed air is used as the power source, unlike other forging machines, the impact force and stroke can be adjusted arbitrarily through valve operation by the operator's pedal or handle. Therefore, by appropriately applying the necessary impact force according to the processes such as setting, stretching, rough forging, and finishing, it is possible to create forged products with complex shapes. 【Features】 ■ Impact force and stroke can be adjusted arbitrarily ■ Capable of producing forged products with complex shapes ■ Uses high-quality in-house manufactured molds ■ Can produce forged products with high dimensional accuracy in a short delivery time and at low cost *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
