Okayama Giken Industry conducts hot precision die forging using air drop hammers. The advantage of forging with hammers is that, since compressed air is used as the power source, unlike other forging machines, the impact force and stroke can be adjusted arbitrarily through valve operation by the operator's pedal or handle.
