The Composite Center is a private research and development hub established in April 2018 with the aim of lowering the barriers to composite materials, including CFRP. This center was established as a business of Haneda Iron Works Co., Ltd., an autoclave manufacturer, but it is not limited to autoclave molding. It provides support for required design and prototyping, as well as opportunities and environments for molding, enabling more effective and flexible manufacturing not only with metals, plastics, and wood but also with CFRP. The center shares knowledge and environments to facilitate this. We hold CFRP molding seminars where participants can learn from the basics, and we have launched a website called 'CFRP.media' that disseminates fundamental knowledge and information about CFRP, making it accessible for beginners.
