It is processed using lathe machining, and the hollowed-out parts are processed by wire cutting. Therefore, it can be easily machined into complex shapes. Additionally, the surface treatment has been applied with Taft Ride treatment. If there is insufficient sliding, the sliding properties can be improved by applying Taft Ride treatment. In this way, we handle everything from material procurement to lathe machining and surface treatment. Furthermore, for subsequent precise dimensional measurements, we conduct quality checks with the latest digital measuring equipment and inspection technicians, inspecting all areas before delivery.
