We have manufactured a supply valve head that accommodates high viscosity and high flow rates. It is capable of supplying viscosities and flow rates that could not be handled by conventional heads.
By adopting a large-diameter piston rod and a large-diameter seat, we have made it possible to handle high-viscosity materials that were difficult to supply with conventional hot melt heads. The nozzle diameter can also be selected as needed, allowing for various adaptations based on the required specifications. Additionally, we are equipped with an adjustment mechanism for the piston stroke, enabling the adjustment of discharge volume. The presence or absence of a filter can also be selected as necessary.
