【Instructions】 ■1. Remove the stainless steel bowl and refill with water. ■2. Set the temperature controller to the chocolate melting temperature. ■3. Place the required chocolate into the bowl and melt it. ■4. Once melting is complete, remove the bowl from the main unit and cool while stirring to temper. ■5. Set the temperature controller to the tempering holding temperature. ■6.
