Protect workers from dangers during processing operations, ensuring both safety and productivity!
The laser safety device for press brakes, 'DSP-AP-MCS', consists of the MCS control unit for operating and monitoring the system, the TX projector that emits a 'beam of laser light', and the RX receiver with nine light reception points. When the visible laser light directed at the reception points of the receiver is obstructed, the press brake stops. It allows for smooth operations such as box bending and flat bending in three different operating modes. 【Features】 ■ Improved work efficiency!! Work can be performed without reducing production efficiency. ■ Enhanced safety. ■ Compatible with various workpieces such as box bending!! Three modes can be utilized. ■ Easy adjustment of the optical axis and movement during die changes. ■ Resistant to vibrations with a special laser! ■ Smooth operation possible with automatic plate thickness detection! ■ Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare certification number: TA569 *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
