1) LUVOCOM 3F PET CF This grade is a carbon fiber reinforced resin material based on polyethylene terephthalate. It is an entry-level grade that is easy to mold and does not require heating the chamber. Its good surface quality after molding leads to a reduction in post-processing. 2) LUVOCOM 3F PAHT This grade is a resin material based on high heat-resistant polyamide. It has a strength equivalent to PA6 while being suitable for 3D printing. Its water absorption rate is about half that of typical PA6, and its water absorption speed is four times slower than that of PA6. A high-temperature chamber is not required, and it is a material that is less prone to warping during molding. There are also neat resin and carbon fiber grades available. 3) LUVOCOM 3F PEEK This grade is a resin material based on PEEK, a super engineering plastic. It possesses very high heat resistance and chemical resistance, while also exhibiting excellent mechanical strength. Although PEEK is a material that is molded at high temperatures, it does not require a high-temperature chamber. Additionally, its interlayer strength is very good, which can minimize the anisotropy of the final product. There are also neat resin and carbon fiber grades available.
