With two vertically arranged spindles unique to the VGrind series and groundbreaking kinematics, it can process milling tools and drilling tools quickly and precisely. The linear motor drive used in the three linear axes is wear-free, achieving consistently stable quality while reducing maintenance costs and improving processing quality. A shaft rest is standard equipment to eliminate tool deflection, ensuring high processing accuracy even for small-diameter tools. The diverse automation options of the VGrind 340S maximize processing efficiency tailored to your manufacturing process. HP160: A pallet magazine capable of accommodating up to 900 units, featuring VOLLMER's original double gripper for rapid workpiece exchange with short intervals. HPR250: A free-arm robot capable of automatically transporting tools with various shaft diameters. 8-station grinding wheel changer: Capable of transporting 8 grinding wheel packages.
