The Defrosting Meister offers two types of defrosting solutions tailored to customer needs: "Stationary Type (Room Style)" and "Connected Type (Cart Style)." It is a low-temperature, high-humidity mist defrosting chamber that enables speedy defrosting with high humidity mist. This system achieves high-quality defrosting with minimal drip and ensures uniformity in the temperature of the defrosted products. It has been widely adopted in the seafood and meat processing industries. With a uniquely designed defrosting fan unit and control program, it eliminates temperature variations within the chamber, allowing for uniform and high-quality defrosting. Additionally, it is equipped with ultraviolet sterilization lamps, significantly improving the sanitary environment inside the chamber.
