This is a circuit board for LEDs that has a metal film printed on a ceramic substrate with excellent thermal conductivity and is high-temperature fired. We provide circuit boards for heat dissipation measures that suppress the heat generation of LEDs, such as high-brightness LED mounting boards. - The substrate (96% alumina) excels in thermal conductivity, heat resistance, thermal expansion, and impact resistance. - The circuit offers excellent reliability through our main technology of thick film printing. - By switching from glass epoxy substrates, we achieve heat dissipation effects. - Changing from thermal substrates for LEDs, such as aluminum-based substrates, leads to reduced product costs. - Furthermore, to achieve better heat dissipation effects, we offer circuit boards made from aluminum nitride (ALN) substrates. The thermal conductivity of ALN substrates is 170 W/mK.
