The mechanism adopts universal design and ensures waterproof and dustproof capabilities for outdoor use (both are currently pending patent), making it particularly suitable for door switches installed on the exterior of vehicles such as trains and public transportation. Additionally, our core technology, the micro switch mechanism, has been employed at the contact point. This mechanism allows for the realization of switches that balance design and functionality. To accommodate a variety of applications, we offer both bezel and bezel-less types, with a standard lineup of 18 models featuring different displays, LED colors, and voltages, along with 3 accessory models.

■Features ● The shape of the LED illumination part is carefully designed to improve visibility from the side of the switch, making it easy to see and confirm on the station platform. (1) The outdoor bezel type has a design that allows the illuminated part to be easily seen from any angle. (2) A mechanism that allows for vertical pressing even with edge pressing. By incorporating a metal shaft in the sliding part, the switch can be pressed from any part of the operating area. ● High waterproof and dustproof performance achieved through a non-clearance structure *Patent pending The non-clearance structure enhances the waterproof and dustproof performance between the inside of the switch and the inside of the panel (vehicle side), improving operational stability. The front of the panel is IP67, and the back of the panel is IP64. *Non-clearance structure A structure that prevents gaps between the switch body and the operating part (button), blocking the intrusion of foreign objects and liquids, thereby enhancing operational stability. ● Adoption of our core technology, micro switch mechanism Utilizing a contact structure with high reliability proven in railway vehicles and ground equipment, achieving long-term mechanical and electrical durability for opening and closing. *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.
