Based on over 20 years of experience in electrical discharge machining of PCD tools, VOLLMER's unique generator achieves high-quality machined surfaces with a surface roughness of less than Ra 0.2μm. 〇Features ■ A series of operations from measurement to electrical discharge machining can be performed with a single clamping. ■ A flexible software package that meets individual needs. In addition to processing the outer circumference of PCD bits, it enables profile machining of the outer circumference and processing of the tips and sides of PCD saw blades with one machine. ■ Simple operability The concept of the VOLLMER control panel is "fast, simple, and maximum efficiency."
