The CHF270 is a 7-axis CNC-controlled carbide tipped saw side grinding machine equipped with an automatic measuring device. During processing, all necessary elements for machining, such as squareness angle, side concentric angle, side relief angle, cutting width, and base thickness, are automatically measured. The high machining precision and precise finishing surface are achieved through post-measurement processing. Additionally, we propose a fully automated system for 24-hour operation. It is also possible to combine it with the advanced processing machine CHD270 for more economical saw manufacturing.
