This is a super compact compression type load cell. It is an ideal load sensor for managing the load during press-fitting and riveting in automatic assembly machines.
The UCW is a stainless steel ultra-compact compression load cell with a diameter of 7mm, a height of 4.5mm, and capacities of 50N, 100N, 200N, and 500N. The UCW2 has a diameter of 6mm, a height of 3.5mm, and capacities of 10N and 20N. The rated output is approximately 1mV/V, and the allowable overload is 200% R.C. The compensated temperature range is 0 to +60°C, and the allowable temperature range is -10 to +70°C. The cable is a φ1.6 4-core shielded cable, 0.5m long, with a fine wire at the end.
