Fully automatic processing of inner and outer diameters using a double-sided bonding method! CNC fully automatic piston ring inner and outer diameter turning and marking combined turning machine.
The "NRC-120" is a fully automatic lathe that simultaneously processes the inner and outer diameters of a single ring using a double-sided crimping method. Two forks arranged around the indexing device located at the center of the machine perform loading/unloading, turning, and marking simultaneously across three processing stations. In the turning processing station, the outer diameter is machined using the front slide and rear slide, while the inner diameter is machined using the inner diameter slide positioned beneath the tailstock. Marking is performed simultaneously with turning using either laser or milling, preventing any discrepancies between the shape and the marking. 【Features】 ■ Fully automatic processing of the inner and outer diameters of a single ring using a double-sided crimping method. ■ Loading/unloading, turning, and marking are performed simultaneously. ■ Marking is done simultaneously with turning using laser or milling, preventing discrepancies between the shape and the marking. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

KATAOKA has been steadfast in the development and production of dedicated piston ring processing machines for nearly 50 years. The challenge to enter the niche market of developing dedicated machines for processing piston rings, which are critical components incorporated into engines for automobiles and ships, began in 1963 (Showa 38). Sensing a new development in automotive parts manufacturing in Japan, we embarked on an endless journey of dedicated machine development to achieve high quality, productivity, and cost reduction, and have since continued to develop and produce over 90 different models. In recent years, responding to new demands, we have begun the development and production of dedicated machines for processing camshafts, automatic transmissions, and rotary engine sealing rings, leading us into new fields. "Unwavering Development" This is the unique banner that KATAOKA Engine proudly upholds, never to be hidden. KATAOKA Engine responds to customer needs with free and bold ideas that are not bound by conventional thinking and with reliable technological development capabilities.
