Available Coating Tool 3 A bird-type applicator suitable for high viscosity. This applicator is set up and used according to the desired film thickness from four pre-set slit width patterns. It is more affordable than variable applicators and is recommended for those with fixed film thickness conditions. It is easy to set conditions and has minimal error.

Brush with handle This is a brush for cleaning bar coaters, wire bars, and A-Bars. The tip of the cleaning brush is only 60μm. Since the minimum spot for the A-Bar is 60μm, using this brush can prevent residue of the coating liquid. Additionally, it can remove coating liquid from bar coaters and wire bars that could not be cleaned with conventional brushes.
