We will introduce the development of ultra-hard coatings focused on further improving tribology!
Our company is focused on the research and development of coatings that emphasize further improvements in tribology, particularly in hardness and wear resistance. While composite coatings using SiC, alumina, and diamond have been practically applied in tribology and cutting applications, we are now working on the development of coatings using respective nanoparticles. To enhance tribology, it is crucial to co-precipitate as many fine particles as possible, and our current goal is to exceed 1000 HV without heat treatment as we advance our research. *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.*
